2) In addition,the company shall also be to establish and operates or make such Joint ventures with other similar organizations by obtaining licencing/franchise/Permission or any other legal mechanism from international certifying bodies/organizations/Authorities for conducting exams/interviews or any other mechanism of assessing/evaluation of candidates applying for such certifications Programs

3) The Company Shall also establish,own/run or make such Joint Ventures with other similar organizations in the Area of services like Recruitment, Selection,Orientation,Training,Performance evaluation systems of employees and other HR systems in designing /Tailoring of other HR systems for Potential employers.
