Academics and Research Division:

Contents is liable for gathering contents interrelated to the subjects being tested. The gathering content is submitted to the database to be used for test purpose. The material for contents is backed by academic committee that contains of university professors liable for developing courses, along with regulation and promoting consistent testing. The contents are then revised by peer review committee for quality check.

Coordination and Operations Division:

Coordination is liable for recognizing new future markets, marketing of ETS products, and coordinating with clients. Major portion of coordination activities embrace solving queries interrelated to client/students, and coordinating with region offices for the smooth flow of operation throughout the tests.

Operations:

As Excellence Testing Services-Pakistan (ETS) is a multi-activity organization, it works under well thought Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee proficiency in the activities and enhance the chances of achievement of each activity. The operation department is liable for all the function like Test Preparation Process; Candidate Registration Process; Test Center Selection Process;Paper Checking Process; Invigilation Process; Paper Checking Process; Data Entry Process; and many more.

International Collaboration and Accreditation Division:

The general purpose of the division is to develop relations, networking, cooperate and cooperate with international organizations and educational institutions who are involved in developing testing and assessment products, communicating education, capacity building, research, training, and development and excellence assurance. The division certifies ETS international engagements and promoting information interchange amongst organizations and agencies involved in the quality assurance of testing and assessment and education.
